Hope you are really good. I have just got back from our early morning Blast session, always feel alive after those sessions.

Normally I would be heading to the studio now for a full day of coaching but I am off on my best mates stag do this weekend to London to watch the rugby.

Before that though I really wanted to share with you two more results that have happened this week…. in what is turning out to be a really prolific period. For those that have followed my posts for a few months or more you may remember the video I did with Richard after we did the Two Castles Trail…..

Well on Wednesday we had a bit of a 6 month check in to see how he was doing. Asides from the 32lbs he has lost, 5.5 inches off the waist, 3 inches off the chest and the fact he can now walk 60 miles of coast path in 3 days with out any worries…check out this picture >>>>>

Here is what Richard wrote on social media,

“If there’s anybody out there who is fed up with being unfit, unhealthy and unhappy because of it then you have my sympathy because that’s exactly how I felt six months ago.

I made a very good decision though and sought the help of Matt Luxton and I genuinely feel 20 years younger now than I did when I was struggling my way through the jungle in Sumatra back in October. These aren’t “before and after” pics.

FROM COUCH TO PARATROOPER

Then there is Josh…… when I got his text yesterday, I truly was overwhelmed…..he has invested so much in getting from where he was back in September 2016 to where he is now…

All I ask is that you read his text below because to get into the para troopers is a hell of an effort.

When I met this guy he had a dream of becoming a para trooper! He couldn’t even run 1.5 miles in 20 mins!

Yesterday he opened that door!

Some of the things we have done here in training have required the most stubborn of attitudes, the smartest of methods and a lot of fun along the way!

I am so thrilled for this guy because he has gone after what people told him wasn’t possible and now he has the opportunity to love the life he is living!
