Who is Matt?

My Personal Creed

I believe that I am in control of my own destiny. I have what it takes to positively impact upon each and every person I come into contact with. I know I have a gift, and that is helping people to fulfill their lives through the medium of improved health and wellbeing.

My purpose is to better myself each and every day, professionally and personally. At first I seek to understand then seek to be understood by the people I am fortunate enough to come into contact with. I have a genuine care for my clients underlying health, and this will always be my highest mission.

I am lucky to have a fantastic family, who are 100% part of my ideal day. Their sense of fun and strength in adversity is an inspiration to me. In turn I offer them my support and guidance to help them to feel great and progress in pursuit of their own goals and dreams.

Although I only live in a small, but beautiful part of the world, I am hoping to develop and create happiness through good health and positive lifestyle habits on a much wider geographical scale. I hope that I will leave a positive impact and the people I am fortunate enough to meet will be able to share my knowledge to leave the world a better place.

We were born with two ears for listening and one mouth for speaking for a reason. I aim to listen and act to the best of my ability and seek advice of those who are educated in areas outside of my domain.

I pledge to provide the very best service I can by bringing the ‘best me’ to the floor each day. I aim to provide each client with a sense of fulfillment and empowerment to be the ‘best version of them selves’. I will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that those who wish to improve have the necessary tools in their armory to do so.

Matt

4 Random Facts About Matt.

1.I previously worked in a Chinese takeaway! I know the irony! I used to go strawberry picking at 4:30am when I was 10 years old with my schoolmate Adam who owned it. We used to get a fry up after and then used to try and get the quad stuck in the quarry so were late to school! I have also tried my hand at green keeping and building when back from University! I did also work behind a bar for 2 hours, and didn’t like that too much!

2. I met Jo in quite random circumstances after doing a gym session with her ex boyfriend, then he asked if I wanted to go to the pub to a young farmers social. I was dressed immaculately in my tracksuit bottoms and hoody with my protein shake! I then stole her top so I had to give it back! The things you do when you are 17 .

3.My nickname is Lucky. This comes from my granddad was a great lover of Guinness. He actually has a plaque and chair at his local that’s dedicated to him as he did spend a lot of time there

4. I like raising money for children’s hospice southwest charity because although my parents split up when I was at primary school, I am so grateful for the opportunities I have had during my childhood. I really want to try and have a positive impact on those children who may never get those opportunities and will probably not make adulthood. I want to give them as much quality of life as I can through helping others improve their health.
