So This Has All Happened In The Last Two Weeks

Good afternoon…..

How are you doing?

Sorry I haven’t blogged for a couple of weeks…….no excuses but I will try and explain below by rounding up some goings on…..

Ironman

An interesting race on Sunday 17th ,  the swim was super choppy, so I was slower than I hoped! Made that time up on the bike with a pleasing 2:39:59 which felt great.

Then on to the run which was on target for sub 1 hour 30 for the half marathon, then the last 4 miles the wheels fell off and ended up with a 1:35:59! Top 10% finish overall, which kind of sums up the season. Top 5% next season!

Can’t be too disappointed as it was only 4 mins slower than my own predictions! Well done to my good friend Andy, for coming 2nd in the age group, with the 4th quickest bike time of the day, demolishing most of the pro athletes in the field!

Thanks for all the messages of support! A bit of down time now and time to reflect on this seasons achievements and areas for improvement and then plan next seasons fun!

Dartmoor Cycling Holiday

So, the day after the Ironman it was full steam ahead and into a very unique trip that I have been co ordinating for an American group who wished to have a bespoke cycling holiday Dartmoor National Park. Another example of having great people around you to make things happen!

The group came over on a private jet and stayed at a local hotel as a base for the week.

 
 

I put together a great team of people whom our guests absolutely loved. We have got seriously lucky with the weather and they flew home this morning wanting more!

Just a big thanks to Carys for jumping in at the deep end this week and taking over the reins at the studio last week and to Sandra, Lizzie, Sandy, Joanna, Liz and Kelly for all of your help in helping these guests have a wonderful experience.

Dartmoor Cycling Holidays…….the first of many to come I think….

Hormones Course and Eddie Hall

I am always searching for ways to take things to the next level, I have studied with Phil Richards
many times before but it never gets old, because he too is always developing and progressing his knowledge.

This time it was more around blood health, blood analysis and hormones for fat loss and performance…..fascinating stuff
that just “makes sense”. This weekend was no different on the course in Worcester.

Also on the course…..World’s Strongest Man….Eddie Hall

An excellent guest speaker for a Q&A session at lunch on sunday and a great story behind his success….. right back to his childhood and background in other sports.

His outside the box approach he believes was crucial and the attention to detail with the small things is spot on!

Amazing what you can learn from the best in their fields.

RESULTS

Oh and this result….. do you remember around 1 month ago I sent an email out with “8 Tips on How To Lose Fat Around the Hips”…….well guess what, that client sent me some
lovely messages last night explaining her feelings and results. In this video I not only share with you her results, but also some of the very things I advised her to do that got those results.
