So the plans are firmly placed now for the next Fitness Holiday in the French Alps.
It was great to meet up with Dave and Christine this morning to run over the plans for the Pinewood Chalets Fitness Holiday.
I am honoured to have been asked to take the lead on the coaching and nutritional aspects of this holiday in August and after meeting with Dave and Christine this morning I am fired up about helping them with their fantastic concept of a fitness and adventure holiday.
