Achieving & Learning In Resilience

Hope all is well.

There are times where your energy flows and allows you to take on challenges and learning.

So I wanted to share with you a couple of examples of this:

Firstly can I share with you the amazing achievement of one of my clients “John”.

John set himself a goal that was WAY out of his comfort zone, he committed to it, he sought the support of people around him and he went ALL IN!

John and I set some targets for the day….. I wont go into loads of detail here because John as a fitness coach himself talks of his learning and his journey so well, my words cant do that justice.

So after getting our facilities and businesses back up and running as per “normal” in April this year post c**id I decided I wanted to add some depth to skills I had and services we offer to our current clients and new clientele.

So I jumped on the learning train again….. this one I really feel adds a new spoke to the wheel.

Wraw is the world’s first psychometric tool and survey to measure resilience and its impact on wellbeing in the workplace.

I am excited to start working with individuals and businesses to help to increase employees’ self-awareness of their current levels of resilience and give organisations really useful insights that can be used to support their workforce more effectively and develop healthy high performance.

Too often high performance in workplaces and teams can be to the detriment of health and that is where healthy high performance comes from…. something I really resonated with!

Time to raise the bar!
