6 Reasons This Kettlebell Exercise Is Useful As Part Of A Programme That Helps You Get Faster
I just wanted to share with you a little video I made which contains one exercise that has helped a number of people I know and coach to form part of a balanced programme in helping them get faster.
When it comes to moving well most of us really benefit with more work coming from the hips and in particular those muscles on the back of the body. The muscles behind us are what push us forwards….
So….take a look at the video below where I give a short demonstration of this exercise and then explain 6 reasons that it could be useful to anyone who wishes to be faster, no matter whether it’s over 10 meters, 10miles or a 100 miles.
