Graham…..a member of our Blast At Home Fitness Camp….lost over 2 stone and 6 inches from his waist.

Having a young family at the time, he could have made many excuses for not starting but he decided he wanted to get started and needed help with some extra motivation from me.

Also having a really manual job, he knew that he needed to change his nutrition and needed help with knowing what to eat and when.

With the support of his partner, it is fair to say, he nailed it!
