When HARD becomes Easier- You Should Do THIS……

In the midst of one of SEVERAL really big projects, including writing my veggie cookbook, assignments and challenge preparations at the moment, I actually hit a few technical glitches with my degree, and then I lost some work.. where I felt like giving up and throwing the towel in. Seriously, I was almost crying with frustration I kept saying a little mantra .. to myself.

Is that a sign of insanity?  I swear my eyes were hearing things..

Anyhow…

My ‘quote’ to myself is VERY relevant for you.

its now my favourite quote.

“To get better….. it can’t be easier all the time”

Doing my masters, attending courses, whilst running two businesses where our clients health is of utmost importance is hard at

times…..but mega rewarding when I get emails like the one I did from Ray at the weekend.

THATS why my ‘competition’ don’t do it.

That’s why they don’t care if their clients turn up and we do.

In fact it rattles my cage to think that people would waste their hard earned cash and not use a membership….but gyms don’t care.

Just like eating nutritious clean food and committing to a healthy lifestyle is HARD at times but VERY REWARDING…

The energy you will feel is life changing….

Training before people wake up isn’t easy but often means it gets done where others think it will wait til later…then it will get

done tomorrow and it doesn’t and a month goes by…and they have fallen off the wagon!

I’ve been there………

The way you feel after exercising will make your day! That’s why others have to get used to feeling sick and tired and you don’t!

Makes sense right?  See, I’m a big believer in this HARD/EASY Thing!

If being successful, energized, fit, strong and fun to be with was easy, everyone would be doing it right?

So its like this…

If you do what seems hard, getting up before work and the kids are up, eating a breakfast that looks like a main meal, drinking water when others drink sugar laden squash and cans of C**e..then success is easier to achieve.

If you do what seems easy, like going to an environment where you can go in and do as you please, eat what the hell you were before that made you feel sick and tired then  success is harder to achieve.

And even then…

The hard stuff is only hard till you figure it out………. Then it gets a whole lot easier.

A bit like “RAY”….you remember the dude I mentioned who had Been given a 1600 Kcal “diet” by the NHS…… yep 4 weeks on he is a Different man! I will send you over a little something I received from Ray on Sunday evening …it made me smile anyway

………’specially with health……just follow the few principles in the Hot to Trot Nutritional Plan (given to you when you first sign up as a client), train efficiently ( do as I say..it’s “easy”) and get to grips with a few lifestyle habits and watch your energy soar, your skin quality improve, your mojo return and suddenly ‘anything is possible’(thanks Ironman for that one)

You can read about how to get fitter for weeks, months and years. You can lie in bed and dream about shifting fat whilst others are

doing it.

But if you don’t  DO IT.

You can’t get better.

So do this.

By all means START by being someone who doesn’t know what is best to eat, not knowing how to train best and when is the best time to sleep and eat fruit and what oils to cook with to reduce sugar cravings… and find a coach who can help you become better.

That’s where a lot of my clients started and now they are empowered to make good decisions for themselves and their families.

You don’t lose fat by reading about it do you?

You don’t improve your skin by looking at it…

You don’t improve your  sleep by lying there thinking “I wish I could go to sleep right now”!
