What Are Your Typical Results?

Ok, so I was on the phone the last week with a  prospective client….

who I actually started working with on Monday 21st December.

 

She took a huge plunge……getting on the phone with me.

 

She asked a great question.

 

What sort of results should I get?

 

WOW! Thats a huge question…..

 

You know there are so many variables in there…. i won’t bore you with them….

 

BUT

 

For me that is what counts…… I want to help people get RESULTS…

 

I think sometimes that scares people off…….

 

Its not something I worry about to be honest….. I don’t mean that horribly at all, don’t get it twisted….if someone comes to me for help….I will do my best for them.

 

but you cant help everyone……

 

But what can be a bit frustrating is when you see a fitness programme, coach, class

 

say ‘I produced this result, MY programming got them there, I built them from nothing’

 

CRAP!

 

THE client does the work, THEY make the sacrifices and THEY made the decision to put their trust in the coach!

 

As coaches we simply guide and support and we are just small part of the picture that facilitates getting a client from A to B.

 

That’s coaching…that’s why I am in this game……

 

I want to help people live life to the max and I know and have seen many improve their lives.

 

Only this week we had results coming in from Kath

Then….Lisa….meanwhile sought my advice to tweak her nutrition and home training in addition to her current programme and to provide her with a framework to work with. We only made some small tweaks…..but boy they made a HUGE difference. We did an ultrasound scan at my studio and all of her measurements.

 

Lisa also lost 4 inches from her waist…… from 35 inches to 31 inches, clothes are feeling loser and she is sleeping better too.
