———-Here is How To Get Involved——–

Ok, so no messing here, I am only taking on 10 new members for this, so if you want in the only way to GUARANTEE you get a spot on this programme is to use this link to make your investment for the 9 Week Programme.

Please don’t compare this to any other gym membership, its like trying to compare apples with oranges…..you cant, this is on another level!

Ok, so if you need anything let me know, here is my personal email address for you (info@fa-fitness.co.uk)

p.s. Here are a few reviews from our last group

I signed up because having talked to others that had worked with you I had confidence that you Offered a professional and reliable service.
I wanted to have a regular workout that was planned out so I didn’t have to worry about the content, to have confidence that I was getting everything I needed, I just want to turn up work hard and go.
I love the varied formats, I get board very easily to to have a good mix of sessions is perfect.
I think this environment should appeal to anyone who is committed to keeping fit and healthy, and who has tried other gyms.

I signed up to the Outdoor/Challenge Training as i had signed up to do the Tough Mudder taking place this month. I have been training with Matt via Blast Fitness Camps since March 2012 but knew i needed to up my game for the Mudder! i also fancied doing something different as well as doing Blast. Matts Outdoor/Challenge Training was ideal. it was great to be following a completely different training programme and i especially like the fact we are outside! Nothing beats training in the great outdoors! i get excited too because you never know what this weeks session will be, its completely different and never the same. its a great way of meeting like-minded people and theres a real sense of “we are all in this together”. if you love being outside whatever the weather and/or you just fancy really upping your levels of fitness, this is definately for you! Love it, Thanks Matt  Bring on the Mudder!!

I signed up because I was already doing some physical training 5 days per week but wanted a proper goal to aim for as I felt that I was just training for the sake of it sometimes and I wanted to be able to put my training into a measurable, challenging but hopefully achievable goal that was going to stretch me and get me involved with like-minded people with a positive focus and attitude.

I wanted to be stretched and challenged, I wanted to learn new things (training techniques and general tips for example etc), I wanted to meet like-minded, positive, focused people, I wanted to be part of a team (all of which this program has given me in abundance :-)).

All of it!  I have enjoyed all aspects of the training (even the fact it is hard! especially that in fact! :)) I have very much enjoyed the exercises and variety of them, the variety of locations we have worked in, the fantastic attitude of yourself Matt (you’re an absolute joy to work with mate :-)), I have very much enjoyed meeting such lovely people with great attitudes, I have (and still am) enjoyed/enjoying the excitement of looking forward to the event and knowing the goal we are aiming for is fast approaching, I am enjoying the discipline of turning up every week and giving it everything I have and feeling in a safe and supported environment knowing I am working with someone who is fully qualified, knows what they are doing and more than anything has a real passion for what he is doing, which is infectious and is very wonderfully passed on to myself and the rest of the group!  just the overall experience is excellent.

Positive, open-minded, kind and supportive people who are looking to achieve some personal goals whilst working within a team.

Thank you very much Matt for the fantastic and I feel very thoughtful training program you have written for us. You have taken us on a fantastic journey. I feel, catered for everyone in the group of all ages and backgrounds, made everyone feel part of it and very welcome, kept the training thoroughly interesting but still hard work!! And just thank you for a great experience so far! I think that so many great things can come from doing events like this and having a goal, on top of the initial and obvious benefits to the physical training. I feel that being disciplined enough to come every week and ‘have it!’ Radiates positivity throughout your whole life and puts you in the right mind-set to achieve what ever you want to.

Thank you again mate and I am very much looking forward to this event and I do hope many more to come

Let’s av it!!

Kind Regards,
Tony
