Underwear Off For Best Results……….

 

I guess some may find the title a bit controversial!

 

BUT it’s true……

 

 

But I was thinking about the link between those who get results

from their training programmes and those who don’t!

 

I was thinking of it like dipping your toes in the water…but then I

thought….its actually like trying to make love with your underwear

on!

 

What you ultimately want, isn’t possible if you put that barrier

there!

 

Same goes for fitness, health, happiness and lifestyle……

 

If you keep making excuses or putting barriers up and then try to

convince yourself that they are genuine reasons that you can’t do

it……..you’ll never start.

 

I get this all the time when out in town………people telling what they

are doing (or haven’t done) and why they think its not working….

 

The real reason is that they won’t take their underwear off

when it comes to changing their lifestyle.

 

Its pretty frustrating for the person who keeps “their underwear

on” in relation to their health and fitness.

 

That is one of the major reasons I want to start the next

part in this programme.

 

But will be required to give it 100%  as I am setting out to make

sure that every person who joins will lose at least a DRESS SIZE or

I will give them double their money back.

 

I must add, those who get down to their underwear and take before

and after pics tend to get phenomenal results. A bit like Gina, who is now

sunning herself  in France as we speak, who emailed me her results this week, losing

22 inches, nearly  2 dress sizes and 16lbs in her first 28 days!

 

Not bad ey…..
