This Happened On Monday

So we kicked off week two over at our Blast Fitness Camps venue in Launceston on monday.

 

Something occurred to me as I was watching the 35+ members that were there at 6:20am.

 

I looked at them all and I had a kind of epiphany moment.

 

I watched them all moving and thought WOW.

 

Some of the members have only been working with us in person for a week.

 

Already I can see them progressing and getting stronger.

 

It wasn’t the hardest session they have done and they all finished strong!

 

They are looked like they were “building” rather than “breaking” and I thought this was cool 
because I want people to use exercise to help them improve and develop them not just physically but mentally.

 

I think that unfortunately this is still an exception in our society!

 

We need to stop using exercise as a punishment for our weekend antics and stop having ‘treats’ as a reward.

 

That is right, YOUR nutrition needs to be 100% guilt free otherwise you will never find happiness in your daily routine.

 

The fact it is deemed a ‘treat’ would indicate that you have been ‘deprived’ ……

 

Sometimes a lack of fulfilment and too much deprivation in this area leads to food becoming the replacement and thoughts such as ” I deserve something” because I have been depriving myself…..it shouldn’t get to that stage!

 

So this week, eat 100% guilt free and don’t use training to beast yourself and punish your poor choices beforehand……it will end in tears!

 

Use exercise to build you, have fun and push your limits and eat to improve your health, increase your energy and take you closer to where you want to be.
