Tea, Biscuits, Coffee and Momentum

I hope you are having good day.

 

I am just on a break on my performance enhancement course up here in Chester. It’s the 5th module I am taking as part of my masters in nutrition and exercise science. This one fascinates me so much as it really is a multifaceted area,

 

In case you haven’t seen this video I shot yesterday about tea, coffee, biscuits and our daily actions you need to take a look here…I think a lot of people are guilty of this in one way or another, I know I catch myself from time to time.

 

I feel it’s really important, otherwise I wouldn’t have done the video.

** Meanwhile you might remember Mandy, my client who did her 10k run last month….yep she went on to complete a half marathon on Sunday on a course that has the same elevation as the UK half Ironman route which is really tough. High 5 to that for an effort!

 

 

** Also check out this from Jason, you might remember him from another email I sent out……. Not only has he lost 2 stone etc….he is now running as well and has entered a race later in the year.

 

 

The key thing that these two people have got is MOMENTUM…….
