Live Seminar: NO BS Just Great Results Based Proof

How they got their bodies back

Find Out About The Secrets Of Fitness And Getting You Body Back- And Do Your Bit For Charity!
Separating the fact from the fiction when it comes to health, fitness and weight loss is one of the most common discussions in schools, cafes and sports clubs – even in pubs and social circles around North Cornwall and West Devon.

Is pasta good for you?

How much water should I drink?
Should I use heavy weights?
Anaerobic or aerobic exercise?
Why “diets” are unsustainable and how they can negatively affect your health.
Why calories do not matter if you pay attention to 3 simple principles.
It is a debate which Matt Luxton, International Best Selling Author and fitness expert based in North Cornwall, has been studying closely.
‘Although it is great that people are taking more of an interest in their fitness and in what they eat, they would succeed far more if they knew how to train and eat properly – what I call the truth about fat loss,’ he explains.
‘I’ve lost count of the number of people who have come to me and said that, no matter what they do, they just can’t shed the pounds or improve their fitness. They can, and they do. They just don’t know how to.’
Matt, 26, has decided to do his bit to end the confusion and is holding a seminar at Budehaven Community School on Tuesday 5th February at 8pm. Although the seminar, which would normally cost £50, is free, there will be collection for the charity Children’s Hospice.
Matt who is the owner and creator of Functionally Aware Fitness Personal Training and BLAST Fitness Camps said: ‘it’s a terrific charity which is committed to improving the lives of children some of whom are not expected to reach adulthood.’
“I am also very excited about linking up with Budehaven Community School and Budehaven Community Leisure and their team, as we share similar philosophies around health of the whole family and a holistic approach to our services that we are proud to provide.”
Matt adds: ‘I find a lot of people are confused by all the nutrition and exercise advice out there. This seminar will help them work out the good from the bad and also help to bust a few myths. The seminar is on a first-come first-served basis. You’ll go home with an actual action plan on how to get amazing weight loss results which are sustainable long-term – and you’ll have done your bit for a brilliant charity.’
The fitness and fat loss seminar will be held at:
Budehaven Community School, Stratton Road, Bude, Cornwall, EX238AW, in the John Ward Hall, Tuesday 5th February at 8pm.
For more information and to book a place contact Liam Dart or Rob Francis at Budehaven Community Leisure centre on 01288 353714 or email leisure@budehaven.cornwall.sch.uk.
