How To Make Losing A Dress Size Easier

This is a MAJOR problem for most people trying to get fit, be healthier,  lose dress sizes, improve body confidence…you name it!

Don’t get me wrong here, I am not going to start saying we should all be on the doll and claiming expenses for our second/third homes 😉

I have even used these before BUT always to help people understand if that is truly what they want.……

 

But as I have learnt in my journey as a coach……. Sometimes people take too long to quit.

They struggle too much…..

Continue doing things they don’t enjoy…..

 

AND….Hard work is (apparently) what it’s all about.

 

Trouble with that way of thinking is that it implies that if you haven’t yet got what you want that:

 

a) You don’t want it bad enough

b) You’re unwilling to pay the price

 

And you know, for a tiny minority, this may be true. MAY.

 

There MAY be some people out there who are simply too lazy, too dispassionate, too uninspired to take action on getting what they want but I think that they are the rare few.

 

For many they just don’t know what they want!

 

One of the first things I establish with all my coaching clients is WHY?

 

I think that the reality for most people is that they ALREADY work too hard, too long, putting forward TOO MUCH effort and that it’s the very effort that they’re putting into things that is COSTING them their results.

 

Not just in there exercise regime, but their lifestyles are hampered by this too.

 

See, excessive effort makes things too serious. Ive seen people do this with businesses, training, relationships and it all goes sour eventually!

 

And when this happens we often lose our freedom around choices.

 

When we lose this, we lose touch with happiness.

 

This view point of mine (its just my opinion by the way) manifests itself in everything we do as a company to help our clients. From nutrition, to exercises, to lifestyle advice…you name it,……its all underpinned with health and happiness as the ROOT of it all.

 

That’s not to say that effort or work is a bad thing, but EXCESSIVE effort and work is, or so I believe, a PERFECT recipe for being unhappy, whether that be excessively working at a relationship, a business or a diet.

 

 

With my clients I like to help them by educating them on how to choose ” intelligent easy”, you too can do this, then you’re making a decision to work toward what you DESIRE rather than what you feel you HAVE TO do.

 

Imagine being involved in an environment or a group of people who all have this underlying each of their days. That’s my goal for the next 6 weeks with my Drop A Dress Size Transformation Programme.
