Yep , that’s right I am putting together a 9 Week training programme specifically geared towards getting you to the finish line of Tough Mudder Cardiff on September 21st 2013.

  •  We will be breaking the programme into 3 specific phases to ensure that all aspects of the fitness you need to complete this are addressed.
  • You will also be able to join a VIP members area where over 300 of my clients currently have access to my nutrition, lifestyle and health articles and videos.
  • We will have a private facebook group just for OUR TEAM.
  • You will train in different environments to get you used to conditions you will experience on the day.
  • I am going to be getting “Blast Mudders Event Day T Shirt”  made up for each participant.
  • Each participant will also be given a complimentary 9 Week Blast Mudder Run Programme to compliment the work you do on a Wednesday night.

Q. I am not a member of Blast Fitness Camps, can I still join?

A. Yes.

Q. When will we be training?

A. Wednesday evenings at 7:10pm

Q. When Does it start?

A. 24th July 2013

Q. How many weeks is it?

A. 9 weeks

Q. Where will it be?

A. In the Lifton – Launceston area ( will vary every 3 weeks)

Q. How long are the sessions?

A. Up to 1 hour.

Q. What equipment do I need?

A. None….just you and your water bottle OH and bags of CAN DO attitude.

Q. Do I need to book my place at the event on Saturday 21st of September 2013 ?

A. Yes you do. I suggest you do this IMMEDIATELY to guarantee your spot its selling out fast. Try to get the 10am slot.
