I got thinking of this just after this mornings work, what an awesome place its been….it seems that some people agree with me too….

You see you can have the best will in the world, but if your environment sucks you won’t get what you are ultimately looking for which is happiness and success, or however you define it!

To give you an example, you can have the best nutrition plan but if the people around you try to sabotage what you know is right then you will run into brick walls time and time again!

HOWEVER, if you get a good team of people around you, you get your friends supporting you, you listen to your coach and you know what you want then there won’t be much stopping you.

Here’s what I do when I need help with stuff I am not good with…Thats quite a lot outside of health and fitness I am not sorry to say…..I just know what I am good at..

Firstly, KNOW WHAT YOU WANT and find someone who knows what they are talking about
 
Secondly, listen to them!
 
Thirdly, be a bit selfish and afford yourself the time
 
Fourth, get those people who are energy sappers off your bus!
 
Lastly, Get On With It!

—– I Wanted To Improve My Environment——

So I got an intelametrix body scanner, normally found at professional sporting clubs and in clinical settings.

One thing that’s come out of just this first week of performing my all new, state of the art Blast Body Profiling’ assessments on people, is that everyone is LOVING knowing exactly where they are right now in terms of body composition.

Here is a pie chart that is taken from my measurements that I did last Monday with Mike.

I just love this kind of visual representation of where improvements are needed and have been made.

I had a lady in on Friday who knows that she has 9kg of excess fat to shift before her body fat % gets into a healthy range for her age and gender.

And another lady who knows that she stores twice as much fat on her thighs and triceps than she does on her tummy and hips – and exactly what she needs to do to lose the necessary fat to get where she wants to be. She has been very clever and booked in for another test already

(very common for oestrogen dominant women in particular)

These guys now have the knowledge (and even a shiny report in their inbox right now), AND have the POWER to make the necessary changes to get what they want.

One lady asked me how I could help her seeing as she cant make any of my live sessions.

She is actually joining us on our Online Fat Loss Mentorship which she is starting tomorrow.

The second lady has been given a nutrition plan to follow to help her out while she’s away on holiday for a couple of weeks.

It’s pretty cool being able to tell someone that if they drop exactly X kg of fat, they’ll be where they want to be in terms of body composition.

Anyway, next week we’ve got 6 slots left for BBP assessments, and I believe there’s still 5 (Alun just booked in for his second whilst I was writing this) left at the discounted rate too.
