Burn Pounds for Pounds,

Fancy melting a few pounds, raising a few pounds and feeling

AMAZING????

There is strength in numbers right?

This month I have decided to go on a mission to help as many people

as possible and raise as much money for  as possible for a couple

of charities for those less fortunate than us! Namely Children’s

Hospice South West and SCOPE who help those with spinal injuries.

I love the way that our local community unites when it comes to

this charity, I was astounded by the turnout when Liam and I took

the warm up for the Santa’s Run…

and love the way everyone chips in to raise a whole load for a

BRILL cause.

So I want to get as many people in Launceston, and its neighbouring

villages and communities to help me raise few quid too, why not?

Lets show them how we ROLL!

—Last year 86 people attended and raised nearly £400–

One of my incentives is to hold a HUGE fitness session, that anyone

can join in on, you can bring your kids along to jump about and

burn some energy if you like, friends family, colleagues, WHOEVER,

the more the merrier! An would love to have more than 100, last

year we had 86!

I’m going to hold a HUGE 40-45 minute workout, (give yourself 45

mins max, so we can get warmed up) in Launceston on Saturday 22nd

February and I want as many people as possible to pitch in, team

up, get a bit of community spirit and do something VERY AWESOME!

P.S. You can even dress up for the occasion- WHY NOT?

And DON’T worry this will be OK for participation at ANY level. it

is not going to be TOO HARD, I’m going to make this so you can

train whatever your level of fitness. I mean you will be able to

make it hard (if you prefer it that way too)

— It is funny watching parents try to beat their kids–

All I’m asking is that everyone who attends donates (whatever you

can) ,  that’s it, you can have a fun training session with bunch

of SUPER COOL charitable folk for a £3, £5 or £10 or (whatever you

fancy giving)

—- Kid’s Bring an unwanted Toy as well—-

Yes, I am sure they all have one they ‘used’ to play with when it

was cool, or one they have grown out of that they wouldn’t mind

letting a child less fortunate than them. I will then deliver them

to the CHSW for the children.

So this is all going down in Launceston (location- Launceston

College Sports Hall) on Saturday 22nd February at 9am – 9.45am.

Let’s melt some pounds raise some pounds, get together, do

something totally AWESOME for people we will never meet but they

will be eternally grateful and get involved!

To stay up to speed with the arrangements please head to the event

See as many of you there as possible,

Matt 🙂
