“Having suffered a serious health issue in my teens, I never really enjoyed sports or exercise and was underweight until my early 30’s. Then due to running my own business, long hours, a convenience food diet and a poor sleep pattern, I put on 2 stones in weight and generally felt in poor health. I was very cautious about going to a gym, due to letting my health get in to this state and also being very self conscious about my appearance. At this point in my life, I knew it was time to make a change and entered myself in a 24 hour Three Peaks challenge. This happened to be at approximately the same time I listened to a presentation by Matt and approached him afterwards to see if he would be willing to help me complete the challenge.

What I did not expect was to meet a person that could not only physically help, but also mentally inspire. Matt is not only a personal trainer, but a great listener, motivator and someone who genuinely wants the best for you. During the first session, I was made to feel very comfortable, relaxed, asked what I wanted to achieve and inspired that I could make these changes I wanted in my life.

Over the last 18 months, I have lost weight, competed in a 10km off road obstacle course, regularly run, improved my sleep pattern and diet. The exercise, training and diet have not only helped with my health, but given me more energy, confidence and inspiration to achieve more in my business and social life.

If you get the opportunity to train with Matt, or read any of his publications, I thoroughly recommend it. I feel you only have one chance at life and that you are the only person that can make these changes. Anything is possible with hard work and determination, but having the right people around you for support and inspiration goes along way.

many would be happy with this, intact a lot of organisations and gyms would love to be able to hand on heart know they could do this….but I want to get better each time.

It’s a mindset, a set of principles and some very effective strategies that you can adapt to your ever changing situation and use them again and again.

I am not saying that getting great health is easy, nor is it all plain sailing, not many things that we REALLY WANT are easy.

That’s why I share stories like THIS ONE ( the struggle part 1) with you almost every week.

Our belief is greater than your doubt.

How can I be so sure, because we see it happening time and time again.

There is nothing wrong with that, why not learn from other people successes, my job is to put this into a system, as I have done that primarily takes care of your health, improves your fitness , and all of its component parts and if necessary fat loss I assure you will be a natural consequence.

Over the last few years we have been able to work with some fantastic clients, who have very graciously shared with us their experiences ad results and some even got half naked and allowed us to show you a visual of their result.

Not all of our clients are asked to do this, it’s CERTAINLY NOT EXPECTED, BUT notice that those who did it, got great results…….hmmmm.

All of these people provide my coaching team and I with inspiration each day, as we strive to help them become the best version of themselves.

It’s that simple!

This is truly a win-win situation at ground level…..no BS just good, honest work and a transparent relationship between the coaches within my company and our clients ………and its working
